Das ist Unfug. Es wird nicht um 2.000 € gestritten, sondern das war ein Vergleichsangebot, das nur bis zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt gültig ist. Selbstverständlich ist man danach nicht mehr an das Angebot gebunden und kann auf den ursprünglichen vollen Betrag klagen.
